Given our experience in procedural law, as we practice as litigators in the Courts daily, we offer our collaboration services, with other firms, for legal intervention in the courtrooms of any court to our fellow professionals.

In many cases, the fact that a legal professional is registered with the Bar, whether as a “non-practising” or even a “practising” lawyer, does not necessarily mean that their day-to-day work involves appearing in court hearings. Sometimes this is because the lawyer practises law in a different capacity, such as providing in-house legal advice to a company; at other times, they specialise in a legal field that does not require the art of public speaking, such as tax law, which has nothing to do with the ability to deliver a speech or a defence in an impromptu manner, on more than one occasion, before the judge, court clerks, the prosecutor and fellow lawyers; nor does it involve conducting an effective cross-examination of witnesses and experts.

It is common to think that the “gift” of improvisation is something innate and natural. Without a doubt, natural talent places someone destined to be a great orator in a privileged position, but this does not mean that this ability cannot be learned. Therefore, our collaboration with legal services is aimed at those lawyers who have no experience in court appearances or simply at those colleagues who are terrified of stepping into a courtroom. Whatever the reason, we are here to help you face any stage of the process, in any type of judicial proceeding.

Let it serve as an example where a client instructs you to file a claim in ordinary civil proceedings, you draft the claim and file it; but you wish for our assistance, intervening in the Preliminary Hearing or the Trial phase, when you need us. The client is yours; we only support you in the phase you wish of the judicial proceedings. As our relationship is with you, we charge your client nothing; you are the one who pays our fees.
